As explained earlier, only the commands RLZ and DATTIM can be configured in a Block Tag. Each one of these commands requires the creation of the Block Elements described next.
Create a Block Tag with 32 Elements. The returned values are in Byte format. Please check the manual of a device's manufacturer for more information about the meaning of these values.
Create a Block Tag with 6 (six) Elements. The returned values are in Byte format and the meaning of each Element is described next:
•Element 1: Year with 2 (two) digits
•Element 2: Month
•Element 3: Day
•Element 4: Hour
•Element 5: Minute
•Element 6: Second
In this command, users can also perform a writing of a date and time to a device. Only the writing of a whole Block Tag is allowed, therefore all date and time information must be correctly provided.
