Introduction

This is the Elipse ComtradeReader Driver, used to open and process the content of ASCII files compatible with COMTRADE (Common Format for Transient Data Exchange) standard in versions 1991 and 1999. This standard defines the existence of at least 2 (two) files, with extensions .cfg and .dat, that describe a disturbance in power circuits. The file with a .cfg extension contains the configuration of that disturbance and the file with a .dat extension contains data from that disturbance.
