Introduction

This is the Elipse CCEEXML Driver, used for communication between Elipse Software applications and SCDE (Sistema de Coleta de Dados de Energia or System for Collecting Electric Energy Data) systems by CCEE (Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica or Electric Energy Trading Chamber).

This Driver can receive and send messages between user-defined delimiters in XML format. Whenever a new message is received, it is added to an internal queue of messages and, whenever a Tag is read, the oldest message is removed from that queue. When a Tag writes a message between user-defined delimiters, that message is automatically sent.
