According to the BACnet protocol documentation:

Indicates whether the most recently occurring transition for this object that has produced an audible orr visual indication has been silenced by the receipt of a LifeSafetyOperation service request or a local process.

Property silenced of object lifeSafetyZone can be read and written using a single IOTag.
