Requests the execution of a browsing operation on the network to retrieve devices and their variables. The result of this browsing operation is received in the RuntimeBrowseRead Tag. This Tag must receive, when writing, a context name in String format. If that context is empty, then the browsing operation searches for device names. If that context is the name of a device, the browsing operation searches for the name of its objects. If that context is the name of an object, the browsing operation searches for the name of its properties.
