Vector Tables are tables presented bi-dimensionally, that is, they are data blocks with size S arranged on a list with dimension N, returned at once in a Block Tag. Therefore, if there is cached data during the execution of a reading of Tags from these array tables, a list with N blocks is returned, in which N is the number of data blocks read. Otherwise, returns an empty list.
